1. Services

Pro Plumbing Team provides plumbing, heating, gas, and bathroom installation services to residential and commercial properties across East London and Essex. All gas work is carried out by qualified engineers.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotations are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. If additional work is discovered during the job, we will inform you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. For larger projects (over £1,000), a deposit of up to 30% may be required before work commences.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled appointment without charge. If cancellation occurs after a plumber has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply. For larger projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your quotation.

5. Guarantees

All workmanship is guaranteed. If a fault arises from our work within the guarantee period, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost. Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

6. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials unless we agreed to use them in writing.

7. Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule or decline the job. Any hazardous materials (such as asbestos) must be disclosed before work begins.

8. Complaints

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
