These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Pro Plumbing Team (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides plumbing, heating, and bathroom services to customers (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide plumbing, heating, and bathroom services including installations, repairs, servicing, and emergency callouts. The scope of work will be agreed before commencement.
3. Quotations & Estimates
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. If additional work is required, we will inform you and agree any revised costs before proceeding.
Estimates are an approximation only and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances.
4. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments will be arranged at a mutually agreed date and time.
We aim to arrive promptly but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Emergency callouts are subject to availability.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of labour and standard materials unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required for larger projects (e.g. bathroom installations).
Full payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or approved payment methods.
Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a callout fee.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rearrange at no extra cost.
7. Warranty & Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date, unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials supplied.
The guarantee does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or work carried out by third parties after our service.
8. Liability
We hold full public liability insurance for the services we provide.
We are not liable for pre-existing faults, system defects, or damage caused by issues outside our scope of work.
We are not responsible for consequential losses such as loss of water supply, heating, or damage caused by system failure.
9. Access to Property
You must provide safe access to the property and ensure areas where work is carried out are clear of obstructions.
If access is not available at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a callout fee.
10. Materials & Parts
Where possible, we use high-quality, approved parts.
If specific parts are requested, they must be confirmed in writing.
Materials remain our property until full payment has been received.

12. Governing Law
